Service FATAL: Failed to initialize WU client: 0x80004015

Hi, I´m recieving this error on the Windows Update log on client machine
using Windows XP SP2, I even tried reinstalling SP2 but the error msg keeps
showing, need advise please!
I´m using WSUS 3.0 for updating clientes, but can´t update them because they
are having this error.
