Looks to be part of a HP printer/MFC driver set. Disconnect the
printer/MFC, remove the drivers in Programs and Features, reboot the
computer, download the latest drivers from the HP web site, then install
them according to the manufacturer's directions being sure to note any
advice on when to connect the printer in the driver install process.
