Service is not starting automatically after SP2 install

Hi

One of a service in the machine is not getting started automatically after
SP2 install.

It looks like starts OK if we do it manually,

But system hangs if we start the service from another applciation.
Same software works with Service Pack 1.

What is the service that is failing to start?
