Sue: I have been in direct contact with the microsoft tech support about
this very same issue for the past few days. They have assures me that this
is not a critical update afterall as they were unable to install it on my
system . Their words, not mine. In fact, if you would like it to stop
showing up as a critical update go to custom and you can get to a feature
which says "do not show this update again"...But it will always be there if
you want to deal with it later. Let me know if you want to discuss this
