Service Pack 2

I run into problem to install SP2 after I re-installed Window XP with the CD.
It always tell me "Access is denied." I really appreciate if anybody can help.

What problems were you having which you thought might be resolved by
reinstalling WinXP, Michael?

Did you do a Repair Install or did you format and do a clean install?

Error message when you try to install WinXP SP3 (or SP2): "Access is denied"
or “Service Pack installation did not complete�

The error code is 0x80070005
