Service Pack 2 and VPN

I am unable to connect my VPN since downloading SP2. I have attempted to
uninstall VPN and download - with same error. Reason 414 - Failed to
established a TCP connection. Any other suggestions? Thanks

I also an having trouble connecting to my VPN. Will the hotfix (kb884020)
fix this problem?
