Service pack 2 and "Windows Installer" Window

Everytime I install sp2 I get some program that
consistantly pops up with a "windows installer" window.
The first time I installed sp2, it was IE. The next time
it was Money.

Now I cant install any new software because windows tells
me im already installing something else!!
