Service Pack 2 download trouble on windows update

When I go to windows update and click on the express option to search for
updates, I get the following message: The website has encountered a problem
and cannot display the page you are trying to view. The options provided
below might help you solve the problem.

I am trying to download windows service pack 2 for 1 computer. Help!

Or, order the CD ( free, but you pay the postage ):

Strongly suggest you ready the system prior to installing SP2 to avoid
