Service Pack 2 Error OX8007005

My computer was infected by SPYAXE, courtesy of my daughter going onto the
Disney game website. Cleared up the problem of the infection using SPYWARE
DOCTER from PC Tools. Had to remove IE6 and then reload it form a Saved copy.
Now I can not load in Service Pack 2. I tried it from my CD and also form the
website. Access Denied due to that error.

Any solution as to what I shoudl do here....
