Service Pack 2 error

When trying to update to Windows XP Service Pack 2 (I have the full install
file on my desktop), It runs through most of the update but when it gets to
the point of Installing File: HPCJRR.DLL ..it errors out and says Access is
Denied. I'm on the administrator account and I know the install file works
as I've used it on other PC's. There are no other error codes or messages
besides Access is Denied.

Any help is appreciated!
