service pack 2 issues

I tried to install service pack 2 but it comes up with Installation Failure
and Error Code: 0x80242FFF. Please help.

Hello,

Can you try downloading SP2 manually to the machine and than booting the
machine into safe mode and then install SP2 in Safe Mode?

WinXP SP2? Win2K SP2? Office 2003 SP2? Or...?
