service pack 2..pop up blockers

I have one iof my internet sites blocked somehow,and when I go to internet
explorer...tools...internet connection...privacy...there is no pop up blocker
icon,and I think there should be,to try to get this site cleared through the
internet...Appreciate any help on this problem

Is IE6 or 7 installed ?

Open Internet Options in the Control Panel.
Click the Privacy tab
Look on the bottom of the page for the Pop-up Blocker's Settings button.
Is it there ?
