Service Pack 2 Setup Error - verifying integrity of Update.inf

Hey all,

I believe I've downloaded SP2 ok - however it has failed to install. A
window with the message "Setup could not verify the integrity of the file
Update.inf. Make sure the Cryptographic service is running on the computer".
I'm running Windows XP for Tablet PC edition and I'm really keen to get SP2
for it's security features (had it on a previous laptop and I thought it was
awesome).

Any help out there???

updates or programs", helps you resolve the problem:

Hey thanks Patti - I've got it installed (I'm not quite sure how!) but it's
there never the less.

I've got a few more issues now - so I'm going to have a look around and see
if I can get them answered. For some reason, whenever I go to start Windows
Media Player it reboots my computer now - as well as displaying a message
that the computer has recovered from a serious error when logged back on.

I'm using a Tablet and I've also lost access to my 'Q' menu - it's been a
tough one trying to reinstall - it's just not liking it.
