Service Pack 2 Setup

I could not back up register key. Error message states: Service Pack 2
setup could not backup registry key HKCR/RTCIMSP.RTCIMService.1 to file
C:/WINNT/$NtservicePakUnistall$/reg00871. 5:access is denied. Couls someone
please help me with this issue. What do I need to do to solve this problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

I suggest you start out with the SubInAcl.exe tip there and see if
that solves your problem.
