I am attempting to uninstall service pack 2 from my computer. When I go into
"Add/Delete Programs" and select the service pack, I get the following error
message:

>Bosnian (Latin, Bosnia and Herzegoina) is selected as the language standards and >formats, or Non-Unicode programs. This language is not supported prior to >Windows XP Service Pack 2. Please see readmesp.htm to select a diffrent >language.

I have attempted switching the languages in the Regional Settings and
Language Options dialog, but it doesn't take any effect. I have read the
882362 Support Article (
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;883262 ) at
microsoft, and it is still unresolved. If anyone has the working solution,
that would be very helpful!
