service pack 2 virus

After installing XP SP2 - my computer started doing some weird things . My
Norton Antivirus found a trojan horse virus located in
c:\Windows\$NtServicePackUninstall$\netodbc.exe. Norton quarantined but
could not repair. Any help would be appreciated.

That is the uninstall file for the Service Pack and can be safely
deleted:
