service pack 3/4

Well, I have windows 2000 proffesional edition, with sp2.
I was wondering whether I have to uninstall the security updates and fixes
I've installed that are intended for pre sp3 or 4. Do I have to uninstall
them before installing service pack 3 or 4?

No, you don't have to uninstall them. And you don't need to install SP3.
SP4 is cumulative.
