After Installing Service Pack 3 for Windows XP on my HP Pavilion 1510n Media
Computer, I cannot start Windows. It keeps rebooting repeatedly if I choose
to start it normally, and Last Known Good Configuration does not work. How
can I get rid of Service Pack 3?

Our HP Pavillon did the same thing after SP3 upgrade. When this machine
boots, it says in the bottom right something about "pressing F10 to recover
your system". Does this work for you?

Note that with this option you will basically reinstall Windows, so you will
loose all your personal data + installations etc.

The same thing happens (2x) on my Compaq Presario SR1630NX keeps rebooting
repeatedly if I choose to start it normally, and Last Known Good
Configuration does not work. I had to restore it to earlier restore point to
get my work done... THE FIX SP3 - NEEDS A FIX !!

you'll have to go to safe mode network. when you get there run control panel
/ add / remove find SP# and remove it. I just tried it and it works. (Guess
as always microsoft will hae to de-do the re-do).

Guess Microsoft should hire AMERICAN WORKERS as they might have found the
MAJOR BUG! I know they cost more but you get what you pay for! They paid for
overseas workers and got the bugs to go with them!
