Service Pack 3 Not Automatically Downloaded

Hi,

I have automatic updates turned on, and updates get downloaded automatically.
However it seems windows xp service pack 3 was not downloaded with the
updates.

I still have windows xp service pack 2. I don't know why it was not auto
downloaded?
