Service Pack 4 Requests:

I need Service Pack 4 or 5 that I require Service Pack included TTY and TDD
functions works all data/voice/fax modems enabled to use TTY/TDD
encouragements under the Disabilities Act to all hearing impaired users and
selection to hearing users with all Windows XP and Vista, too. Secondly, I
need get more games, photo, enhrichment tools close to Vista, and what I
wanted. Please notify to me when Service Pack comes out to me as please
contact with Bill Gates for his permission. I want happy with Microsoft
Corporation helps with me for requirements.

It's already there if you know a thing or two about computers and OS.
There is no need for SP4 just for that.

Firstly, service pack 4 or 5 for what product?

Secondly, Microsoft don't generally read this newsgroup.
