service pack sizes

New to SP upgrades. Noticed that W2000 SP4 express is about 600kb + 15mb in
size, according to the download page. What does that mean? I downloaded the
600kb file. Where is the 15mb?

The 600KB file is what is known as a 'stub' file - which when run, will
download the rest of the files, and start the install
