service packet 2

when ever i get to 100 percent it just gets stuck there for hours it never
seems to make it pass this point, and if i restart the same thing happens all
over again what should i do?

Service Pack 2 for what?

Windows XP, Vista, Office etc.

Please provide more information so that someone may be able to assist you.

"Service Pack" I assume?

In any case- please be very specific. What "Service Pack 2" are you
attempting to download and install - for what product?
