I tried to download Service Pack 2 but was sent a pop-up that I already have
it installed on my computer. I can not find it. It is not listed on my
updates history, not is it listed when I try to view all programs. How do I
find it and see when it was installed onto my compurter?

Perhaps it came already installed on your computer?
Right Click on "My Computer" and look at properties.

WinXP SP2 was released in Aug-04, so I'm /sure/ your machine came with SP2
preinstalled, Darlene.
