"ServiceLayer Module has stopped working and was closed"

Recently, when I try to use Nokia PC Suite, I am met with this error. I don't
know if this was caused by a Windows update, but I cannot find a fix for it.
When I run the PC Suite, this error pops up constantly until I use Task
Manager to close the process down. Nokia aren't coming up with any answers
for this, so I wondered if it was a known problem to Microsoft.
