Exactly like my problem with my Acer Aspire 3680-2633.
I get error 800B0100, which is very uninformative. Hours with MS tech
with no solution. I had the original hard drve and the back up /
reinstalling DVDs, but that didn't work at all. Luckily I had an
upgraded HD, and that was unchanged and still working.
Next step might be Acer eRecovery disks to set up the original system
again (using the old, spare HD at first). However, Acer's website gives
now 404 when I dig into support.
