Everytime I turn the PC on, I get this error message: "Services and
Controller app has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for
the inconvenience."

I checked in case an auto update could repair the problem but not. The
lasting I remember I did was update my Media Player to v.11.

Please help! I really need to finish something important that I've been
working for weeks now.
