Hi Frank,
Right-click on the "problem" service, select Properties then Log On tab. In
the Hardware Profile field, if the Service status is Disabled for your
Hardware Profile (eg., Profile 1), click to highlight the disabled Hardware
profile, click on the Enable button, then click on Apply. Now, select the
General tab and click on Start under Service status.
