Start/Run and then type: cmd.exe
Then on the workstation run: Proxycfg -u

To get more help on proxycfg if you need to configure it to use a proxy server or
Internet Explorer's settings: proxycfg -?

If you don't have a proxy, you will need status Direct access (no proxy server).
To set direct access: proxycfg -d

Run this command to see what proxy configuration WU uses: proxycfg
