sestricted sites

I recently ran Skybot and RegtTool to clean my computer. Somehow the web site
IWON.com was put on the restricted list. ai went to tools and removed it. I
also went to favorites and set that to receive all cookies. I rebooted
several times. Nothing I do removes IWON from being restricted. I enjoy the
games. Any ideas and what I can do to fix this?

Not a Media Center question, but you probably need to remove those
products and/or edit the hosts file (\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts)
to remove any line referring to that site.
