set application window location?

A few of the old programs I use does not have "Move" when right-mouse
clicking their icon on taskbar. They have only "Restore", "Minimize"
and "Close". This is laptop that I hook up to a second monitor at
home. If I moved the application to the external monitor while travel
(no second monitor), they would launch at at a location I can't
access.

Is there a way to move them back to my laptop monitor?
