Set Default Program with specified application

I have installed a program calling Cimage, but i couldnt set as default program for .dwg like normally what i have do, Under Default Programs, select Make a file type always open in a specific program > Change Program > Browse.. > Select the application (Cimage), but it wont shot at the Open With's Page, hope some one give me a right direction for me to solve the problem
