Can I do this programmatically? I would also like to keep users from changing
this option if possible. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi,
There's a Group Policy for this.

User Configuration> Administrative Templates> Windows Components> Internet
Explorer> Turn on the auto-complete feature for user names and passwords on
forms.

Hope this helps,

Thanks Don. I want to turn this off at least the part about saving passwords.
Can this be pushed out to all users? I don't know much about network GP just
local.

Hi,
Yes, Group Policies can easily be applied over a network, but I have no
experience with that. Sorry.
