There's no mechanism for password-protecting a folder. Instead, let me
encourage you to change your tactics. Don't allow anyone else to use your
login. Instead, create separate local accounts for them. Now you can rely on
Windows's access control mechanisms to do their job. Your documents folder
will be inaccessible to those other accounts. Each of them will have its own
documents folder.
