How to set up windows email

Please help me set up windows email for me to send and receive email.

I see that you posted here with a Yahoo address.

Is this a free US based Yahoo address? If so it will not allow POP3 access,
so it will not set up in WM.

You need to purchase a Yahoo Plus account, see,

And use the settings described here:

If you are trying to set up a different account then please copy & paste any
complete error message that WM produces.
