You need to enter the username and password for that email account. If
you don't know them, ask the person for whom you are setting up the
email account. This has nothing to do with your operating system
(Vista). If you are still unsure what to do, go to your ISP's website
and look for instructions how to set up email. Most ISP's have some sort
of "walkthrough" to show you how to set up common email clients with
their servers. If your ISP doesn't have information for Windows Mail
yet, use the instructions for Outlook Express.
