Setting Up Orange Dial Up Connection

I am trying to set up a Dial Up Connection on a new computer for a friend and
keep encountering problems and assorted error codes, which I believe is not
uncommon. Has anyone got any suggestions. She has an account with Orange
but had to change the computer and we want to retrieve the old account but
Vista seems to block it all the time.

You certainly don't provide much information to help, but you should be able
to set up a dial up connection easily with minimal information in the
Network and Sharing center - set up a connection on the left side. About
all you need are your logon id, password and telephone number.
