setting vista w/ a screen saver

I read all the commits on how to set a screen saver up, but when I follow the
instructions to
> right click on screen
> click on Personalize
> click on Screen Saver

I don't see Screen Saver.

Can someone please help out? I don't like that I have to turn sleep mode off
because my laptop has a problem w/ sleep mode

I am running Vista Ultimate. I see THEME, Display Settings

Scroll UP or Make sure the window your in is maximized and then you should
see the Screen Saver link nearer the top of window. Activate the link and
it will open a dialog box for controlling screen savers.
