setup.exe has stopped working... won't let me uninstall

hi

i'm trying to uninstall a 3mobile usb broadband and it keeps coming u
with "setup.exe has stopped working

these are the problems that it say

yes it does.. thats where the setup.exe comes up, when i try to
uninstall it.. it also won't let me run it either

You have to reinstall the program that you can't delete because th
setup.exe file in the program is contaminated. This is usually caused b
a system restore.

Solution: reinstall the affected program and then you can delete it i
control panel.

I just solved a simular problem.
