Setup failure on Vista Home Premium

Hi all,

I'm having trouble installing a program on Vista Home Premium. The error
that I get is that an ocx failed to register. Basically it occurrs on all
ocx's. The same setup works fine on XP.

Any ideas?

Have you checked to see if your program is Vista compatible and have you
tried XP compatibility mode for the install.

No I didn't. But the last time I tried it with RC2 it worked find after a
few security tweaks !!

How do you run it in compatibility mode?

Right-click on the program exe, left-click on properties, and compatibility
will be the middle tab across the top of the next window.

By chance, do you have UAC disabled?
