Since you didn't tell us what make/model laptop you have, all I can
suggest is that you contact the laptop mftr.'s tech support for help.
With some laptops there is a backdoor password or a technique that an
end user can do to remove the BIOS-level password(s). With other
laptops, you need to send the laptop to the mftr. because an actual chip
on the motherboard (EEPROM) will have to be reprogrammed.
