How do I set up Windows Mail from my home computer. I'm not able to go any
further as I'm not sure where to find the POP # or whatever the code I need
is.
Am I even eligable to have a microsoft account?
Please, someone knowledgeable respond.
Much appreciated.
Cheers!

The information you're speaking of is specific to your email provider. What
is the part of your address after the "@" symbol? (Some email providers and
ISP's have that info on their website's "help" pages too.)

Email addresses are provided by many sources. Your ISP (Internet Service
provider) should have given you one. Else, you can get them from Google,
Yahoo, etc. Go to:

https://login.live.com/login.srf?wa=...48&bk=65595736

There you can sign up for, and download install a free email
address and get Windows Live Mail.

The POP server, port #, and various other associated settings are specific
to the email provider and without knowing who your address is through, we
can't help. So let us know.

If you want help, then you also need to tell us the part of your address
(the email address you need to setup) after the "@" symbol.
