SetupLaucher has stopped working - help!

Hi,
This is the first time I have ever posted anything, so i am hopin
there is some one smart out there who can assist me! When running
setup.exe file for a new MP3 player I am getting " Setup Launcher ha
stopped working " and the setup is crashing and not completing. I hav
checked that I am running as administrator, and have spend HOURS loadin
up all the latest service packs as I thought this may be my issue wit
an old driver??? Its driving me up the wall... all this to listen t
music give me back the old fashioned radio at least it works! I a
runnign Vista 32 bit, with 2007 apps
