Several new problems

First, I installed Windows LiveMail and started having problems posting to
MS Communities. Then I uninstalled the Norton that came with the computer
and installed AVG. In order to get me mail I had to turn off the e-mail
plug-in for AVG. Is this a problem with LiveMail or AVG? Are my posting
problems coming from LiveMail (should I go back to Windows Mail?) or AVG? or
both? Please help!
