I installed Sevice Pack 2 for windows xp home and now
outlook express is giving me constant error message
during downloading of my email from my ISP. I contacted
them and they did a few tests and couldn't solve my
problem. they suggested contacting you. Why all of a
sudden did OE go south? is there a fix to solve this
problem without going to my ISP website to get my email.
all of my configurations seem to me correct for out gong
and incoming mail

Please use some common sense when posting a question. What is the error
message?
