I went to Microsoft’s update to see if I needed any updates and found that,
in the past, several updates had failed. This led me to get a list of all of
the updates that have been applied to my system.
The only thing they have available is to PRINT the complete list. It seems
to me that a text file or PDF would be easier for the public to handle but MS
always seems to find the most difficult way to deal with their problems.
I attempted to reach support but any use of that involves a hefty fee. I
then tried to use FEEDBACK but that service is not available, AT THIS TIME.
Strange how companies always have trouble with their cost free services that
might prove beneficial to the public but their services for a fee is always
available.
