SFC /scannow logs??

Hey I have done the sfc scan and am now trying to figure out what the log is
about so I can go and fix my defrag error I have saved a copy of it if you
guys need more info to help me I am lost and have no idea what its about
please please help me

If you are interested in doing a one gig download of the Resource Kit, you
get 'imagex' which will let you extract a copy of the files you need from
your image file of the install setup files. (WIM file). Apart from that, you
should look at your "recovery options" on your safe mode menu (F8 on
restart)
