Am I correct in understanding that after running 'sfc /scannow' you should
the 'reregister' 'wus2.dll'?

Hello Edward,
I don't see the original thread, but the answer generically to this
question is no you do not have register the dll again after running sfc
/scannow.
Running sfc does not require a reregister, there may be other reasons for a
reregister but be default you should not have to.

Thanks,
