shadow copies on vista?

Hi,
There is a check box on windows vista apparently where you can
check/uncheck the types of files of which you want shadow copies making
eg, music,video, e-mail tv stations. I have been unable to locate it,any
help in locating it would be appreciated-file path-.

Shadow copies is part of System Restore, and more detailed information on
its usage can be found in Help and Support by searching on "previous
versions".
