I'm new to WIN.VISTA.
I was setting up auto back-up to a DVD-R disk.
I accidentally ran a back-up to my D: drive (7GB) on my system and it filled
up the D: with a back-up. I want to remove the back-up from the shadow drive
but it says if I delete information from the shadow drive I may not be able
to restore my systems information if I later need to do a recovery action.

My question, Is it okay to delete the back-up files and will my previous
show files remain in tact.
