Greetings,
The e-mail addresses shown in the Sharing Folders file are the Windows Live ID of the person
someone is sharing folders with.
Creating a sharing folder and its contents can be added by either yourself or one of your
contacts. The other person has to accept the create the sharing folder but after that,
anything can be put in it by either side without prompts. As such, there is no way to tell
who added them without logging into the Windows Live ID in question.
If for some reason you can log into Messenger using the account of the person you speak of,
you can open the Sharing Folders from the toolbar icon in the main Messenger window, and then
choose the 'Activity Log' button to see who added the files to the folder.
